Penny Terndrup

Penny has worked in a variety of sectors for nearly three decades and from different perspectives.  Firstly, as a corporate lawyer in the City, then owner and leader of a market leading consultancy and partner with an international search firm before embracing coaching.​

Her skills lie in drawing out the best in her clients as they gain clarity about their purpose, direction and crucially how to get there: their working identity as they progress into increasingly senior roles in a complex and ambiguous world.​

Particularly interested in the nature of leadership at every level, Penny believes that the answer to this question will determine the fundamental success of organisations in the future. She is highly challenging and empathic while building trust and relationships.​

Penny understands the nature of stakeholder management in a coaching and team coaching context, her work under-pinned by depth training and a range of psychometrics. ​
