Ali’s joy in facilitating groups and coaching individuals draws on her experience of collaborating with business leaders to identify their challenges and bring a human element to designing the solutions. Ali has worked in professional services for over 15 years, including senior HR and Learning & Development roles, latterly at KPMG where she was an Executive Coach to the Partnership.
Ali gets a buzz working with others to develop and enhance their awareness of their leadership skills through experiential learning, often around the ’soft skills’ – which are anything but soft or easy! Ali’s coaching approach can take a systemic view to ‘rise above the issues’, ensuring others find their own ‘aha’ moments to transform their mindsets, often with a focus on personal and organisational balance and well-being.
Ali has accreditation through the EMCC as a Senior Coach Practitioner.
When not focusing on her own professional development, Ali is often found outdoors, running, walking, or swimming (but never together!) or supporting her bee hive.
