David Foden

David is an experienced learning and talent professional, working with organisations to unlock the potential of their people. David has worked in financial and support services for over 17 years in a number of professional and leadership roles. He has worked with leaders and teams in multi-site operations across the UK and internationally.

David is passionate about people development and using this to drive organisational change. David’s skillset is suited to working with clients in team dynamics and building relationship and leadership skills.

David has a background in Human Resources, with experience in talent management, graduate development, performance management, learning and leadership development. He previously worked for Barclays delivering technical, professional and leadership development.

David has a BSc honours degree in Psychology from the University of the West of England and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey. He is accredited in the use of MBTI and Discovery Insights psychometric assessments.
