Hannah is an innovative and passionate team coach and leadership development expert with 20 years’ experience supporting strong teams in complex, multinational corporate environments.
She specialises in working with leadership teams, helping them shift from individual performance to collective impact. Hannah creates psychologically safe environments that foster connection, trust, and collaborative conflict within teams.
An experienced Learning & Development specialist, she also brings expertise in talent management, early careers, and leadership training. She designs and facilitates outcome-focused programmes for audiences ranging from small teams to entire departments — combining technical knowledge with interpersonal skill development, and supporting the cultural and behavioural shifts needed in risk and control environments.
Hannah began her career as an accountant at Deloitte before moving into Internal Audit at Barclays. Her risk and control background brings a practical, commercial lens to her work. With experience across Internal and External Audit in Financial Services, she understands the day-to-day challenges teams face.
She holds a Professional Certificate in Team & Systemic Coaching from Henley Business School, is a qualified chartered accountant, and has a BSc in Zoology from the University of Bristol. She is also accredited in Insights Discovery and Emotional Intelligence Profiling.
