Louise coaches Senior Executives and Professional Services Partners, and designs and facilitates specialist leadership development programmes. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director.
As a coach, Louise works with clients navigating complex stakeholder relationships, transitioning to new roles, or looking to find and fulfil their personal purpose. Her facilitation work is focused on the intersection of technical and interpersonal skills, specialising in working with professionals in governance, risk, control, legal and financial roles.
With over 30 years in professional and financial services, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. She helps leaders build on their professional success, develop their emotional intelligence and equip themselves with the tools to flourish in the system they work in.
Louise worked at Andersen and Deloitte with expertise in governance, risk and control consulting in the UK and Asia Pacific, including a secondment to the UK regulator. Louise also worked at Barclays across the lines of defence: first internal audit, then risk and finally as a leader in corporate banking with teams in the UK and US.
Over the past decade, Louise has partnered with many global financial and professional services organisations; trained and practised as a coach; worked as an independent trustee and board member; and facilitated hundreds of workshops in the UK and internationally.
Louise holds a diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a BA honours degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis. When not working, Louise enjoys being with friends and family and walking in the countryside with Bella the border terrier.
